REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We know you love your jewelry as much as we love making it. But if something doesn’t work out, don’t worry-we’ve got you covered. Here is an easy guide to exchanges, refunds, and keeping that sparkle stress-free:

For Gold jewelry:

• Exchange within 14 days: you get one chance to  exchange your piece for something else of equal value or more.
• Refund within 14 days, (in-store only): if there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll give you a full refund

• Refund after 14 days, (in-store only): we’ll deduct workmanship fees and refund the rest based on the daily gold price.

For Diamond Jewelry:

• Exchange within 14 days: you get one chance to  exchange your piece for something else of equal value or more.
• Exchange after 14 days: we will deduct 10% from the total amount.
• Refund within 14 days : in store only, refunds come with 10% deduction.
• Refund after 14 days : in-store only, refunds come with a 20% deduction.

We need the original invoice in order to proceed exchange or refund.

Upon receiving your order, kindly examine the items. If you encounter any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, promptly get in touch with us. this will enable us to assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify any issues.
