HOW LONG ARE NORA24 NECKLACES?
Our necklaces are 45 CM with jump rings. Any necklace can be ordered in any length.
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR RINGS?
Our stock ring size is size 54, but they can be custom made (a process that takes around 1 week) in other sizes. Please contact us before purchasing for more information.
How long does it take to make custom pieces with NORA24?
Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.
Are NORA24 jewels in stock or made to order?
Most of the items you see online are in stock!
If not, you will see a backorder notification at the top of its picture.

Take off your jewelry before daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
Before bedtime, lay your jewelry flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling or scratching.
For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.

- Exchange within 14 days: One-time exchange for a piece of equal or higher value.
- Refund within 14 days (in-store only): Full refund in case of a manufacturing defect.
- Refund after 14 days (in-store only): Workmanship fees will be deducted and refund calculated based on the daily gold price.
>For Diamond Jewelry
- Exchange within 14 days: One-time exchange for a piece of equal or higher value.
- Exchange after 14 days: 10% deduction from total amount.
- Refund within 14 days (in-store only): 10% deduction applies.
- Refund after 14 days (in-store only): 20% deduction applies.
Important: The original invoice is required to proceed with any exchange or refund.
